PT. DOREI KELAPA MANDIRI, Tepung mocaf, a cassava-based product from Banjarnegara, is gaining increasing attention from international markets. This time, Dubai is the latest destination for Banjarnegara's mocaf products.
For the first time, Super Mocaf Banjarnegara has sent a shipment of 27 tons of mocaf to Dubai. This marked the inaugural export of Super Mocaf Banjarnegara's products and was ceremoniously overseen by the Acting Head of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food Security of Banjarnegara Regency, Singgih Haryono, and Syamsudin, the Patron of the Cassava Cooperative of Banjarnegara. This event took place on Monday (March 20, 2023).
The export of Super Mocaf to Dubai is the result of collaboration between UD Usaha Mandiri, PT Dorei Kelapa Mandiri, the Banjarnegara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin Banjarnegara), and the Cassava Cooperative of Banjarnegara.
Supriyanto, the Director of UD Usaha Mandiri, stated that this export represents a significant milestone for their company. In this initial phase, they have dispatched 27 tons of mocaf to Dubai, with the ultimate target being to deliver 108 tons per month in accordance with their commitment.
"This is our maiden export, and in line with our commitment, we aim to send 108 tons every month," he said.
Syamsudin, the Patron of the Cassava Cooperative of Banjarnegara, warmly welcomed this development, expressing hope that such export activities would continue. He emphasized the importance of sustaining this process for the benefit of cassava farmers in Banjarnegara, as their collective strength is crucial for the longevity of mocaf production.
"Given that cassava farmers are a fundamental pillar of this business, they must remain united. Thus, the sustainability of mocaf products can be maintained," he noted.
Singgih Haryono, the Acting Head of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food Security of Banjarnegara Regency, appreciated the standardized export quality of Banjarnegara's mocaf.
"We certainly hope that this endeavor will contribute to the welfare of farmers in Banjarnegara. We also look forward to technological innovations that can preserve the quality and quantity of raw materials," he stated.
Akhmad Fajar, Chairman of Kadin Banjarnegara, affirmed that the export of mocaf flour from Super Mocaf demonstrates the world-class quality of agricultural commodities from Banjarnegara.
"Banjarnegara boasts numerous high-quality agricultural commodities, and not only are they abundant, but they are also of exceptional quality. It is our hope that following this success, more of Banjarnegara's commodities will penetrate international markets," he asserted.

Pj Bupati juga menyampaikan bahwa Festival Biak Munara Wampasi sebagai kegiatan yang bersifat perayaan ritual disertai dengan ucapan syukur dan rasa gembira yang lahir dan besar dalam tatanan budaya Biak.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Kadis Pariwisata Kabupaten Biak Numfor, Bapak Turbey O. Dangeubun S.Pi., M.Si berharap Festival Biak Munara Wampasi dijadikan sebagai sarana dan media untuk meningkatkan kunjungan pariwisata di Kabupaten Biak Numfor dan menjadi media terbaik mengapresiasikan status dan nilai budaya Biak dalam konsep dan value yang lebih luas sehingga memberikan dampak ekonomi dan kesejahteraan UMKM serta kreativitas masyarakat di Kabupaten Biak Numfor.

Pada Festival Biak Munara Wampasi 2024 PT Dorei Kelapa Mandiri berkolaborasi dengan Chef Cliff Alexander, dalam rangkaian acara Festival Biak Munara Wampasi 2024. Acara ini berlangsung dari tanggal 1 hingga 4 Juli 2024 di Pantai Kasumasa Samau, Biak.
Dalam festival ini, Chef Cliff Alexander mengadakan demo masak langsung yang menampilkan keunggulan dan cita rasa kaya dari minyak goreng kelapa IMAVEN, produk unggulan PT Dorei Kelapa Mandiri. Demo masak ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana hidangan sehari-hari dapat diubah menjadi kreasi istimewa dengan menggunakan minyak kelapa berkualitas tinggi.
